Local council told a neighbor of mine at the time to get rid of a sheep that was kept in her backyard for the purpose of keeping the grass down.
All these rules and regulations being invented is all getting out of hand.
This law is an Infringement on our GOD given Birth Rights, and I will Not abide by it! I smell Class action lawsuits coming soon……
