What is sad indeed is that the FBI knew all this and did nothing. Must be why in 2004 Delamer Duverus wrote this poem. Thanks so much, Makia, for all your hard work in sharing the truth!
ODE TO THE FBI
One day when mortals sing their legends
Of the days when chaos ruled their land,
We will hear them tell of the FBI
Whose heads were stuck beneath the sand.
Afraid to peek from where they stood
Safe behind their master’s lies,

This is a really immodest thumbnail. It ought to be changed.
A female must wear an opaque dress/skirt that covers her legs below the knees at all times. Pants/shorts aren’t permitted. The sleeves of the dress/blouse ought to come at least to cover her elbow. The neckline must be no more than two fingers with below the pit of the throat all the way around. The clothing must not fit close to the body, especially in the chest.
For males, my guess is that they are modest if they are wearing loose clothing along the lines of shirts that cover the elbows and shorts/pants which come at least to the knees. However, traditionally, shorts have been frowned upon for men. I know that being shirtless is immodest for a male.
The above are the minimum. Those wishing for fuller coverage are to be encouraged.
Age and activity aren’t exceptions to the above.
