A new study published in Nature analyzes the implementation of personal carbon allowances in line with the Agenda 2030 carbon credit scheme.
Personal carbon allowances
are being advanced in alignment with the goals of Agenda 2030, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the manmade climate change hoax. I have written about this hoax before in articles such as Good Hearts, Fooled Minds: Top 4 Fallacies of the Hijacked Environmental Movement where I have pointed out that humanity is indeed polluting the planet, but that such pollution has absolutely nothing to do with carbon dioxide or CO2, which is a gas of life. Since Operation Coronavirus is a natural outgrowth of the New World Order (NWO) agenda in general, it is to be expected that its pattern of deception would mimic other scams and hoaxes promoted by the cabal. There are many examples of this, but are 2 quick ones: check out the similarities between COVID and 9/11 (the 20th anniversary of which just recently passed), and between COVID and the manmade climate change scam. This article will explore the latter, especially the specific area of personal carbon allowances.
The Technocratic Idea of Carbon Credits
The idea of personal carbon allowances and carbon credits has been around a long time, and has its roots in technocracy, which can be defined as “a government or social system controlled by technicians, especially scientists and technical experts.” The technocrats want to set up a system where the energy unit of society is under their control, and thus all people, naturally dependent upon energy, would also come under their control. In a way, we have such a system now, where money is energy and that form of energy is under the control of private central banks. But carbon credits take the idea way, way further. Imagine a world where everything people did – eat, drink, travel, use appliances, use electricity in any way, even breathe – was all tied to their personal carbon allowances. And imagine if all carbon credits were controlled and distributed by technocrats. Any dissident could then easily be cut out of the system at the flick of a switch, with devastating real life consequences.
Study Concludes Personal Carbon Allowances Could be Trialled in Climate-Conscious Nations
A study in Nature entitled Personal carbon allowances revisited, published August 16th 2021, analyzes how person carbon allowances could be used to achieve climate goals. To those familiar with the NWO agenda, ‘climate goals’ is an Orwellian term which basically translates to the creation of an artificial limit to human energy consumption (to fulfill the technocratic objective) and the creation of propaganda to make people think they are somehow saving the planet or helping the environment by going along with it. Here are a few quotes from the study:
“Here we discuss how personal carbon allowances (PCAs) could play a role in achieving ambitious climate mitigation targets. We argue that recent advances in AI for sustainable development, together with the need for a low-carbon recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, open a new window of opportunity for PCAs. Furthermore, we present design principles based on the Sustainable Development Goals for the future adoption of PCAs. We conclude that PCAs could be trialled in selected climate-conscious technologically advanced countries, mindful of potential issues around integration into the current policy mix, privacy concerns and distributional impacts.”
This is designed to dictate every little detail of your life:
“the allowance could cover around 40% of energy-related carbon emissions in high-income countries, encompassing individuals’ carbon emissions relating to travel, space heating, water heating and electricity. Allowances were envisioned to be deducted from the personal budget with every payment for transport fuel, home-heating fuels and electricity bills. People in shortage would be able to purchase additional units in the personal carbon market from those with excess to sell. New, more ambitious PCA proposals include economy-wide emissions, encompassing food, services and consumption-related carbon emissions, for example.”
This next quote lets the cat out of the bag. The whole point is that personal carbon allowances are about behavioral modification or behavioral change. This entire scheme is a psychological operation designed to change your actions. They want you to perform carbon budgeting which would mean, essentially, becoming OCD about your every act! There is yet another parallel with COVID, which has been encouraging people to be OCD about touching any surface or having human interaction:
“Building on this literature, PCAs are envisaged to deliver carbon-emissions-related behavioural change via three interlinked mechanisms: economic, cognitive and social. Similar to a carbon tax, a policy with which it is often compared, the economic mechanism of PCAs is envisaged to influence decision-making by assigning a visible carbon price to the purchase and use of fossil-fuel-based energy in the first instance, and possibly also to consumption-related emissions in more advanced PCA designs. However, in addition to the economic mechanism, PCAs aim to influence energy and consumption behaviour by increasing carbon visibility, by evoking users’ cognitive awareness of carbon in their daily routines and by encouraging carbon budgeting. Moreover, the shared goal of emissions reduction and the equal-per-capita allocation of PCAs is envisaged to create a social norm of low-carbon behaviour.”
It Worked for COVID, So Why Can’t It Work for Climate Change?
Here is same theme yet again, which goes something like this: it worked for COVID, so why can’t it work for climate change? If the NWO controllers can trick people and propagate mass fear over a bogus virus that has never been proven to exist, why not try the same thing over an imaginary impending carbon apocalypse?
“In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic, restrictions on individuals for the sake of public health, and forms of individual accountability and responsibility that were unthinkable only one year before, have been adopted by millions of people. People may be more prepared to accept the tracking and limitations related to PCAs to achieve a safer climate and the many other benefits (for example, reduced air pollution and improved public health) associated with addressing the climate crisis. Other lessons that could be drawn relate to the public acceptance in some countries of additional surveillance and control in exchange for greater safety. For instance, in many countries, mobile apps designed for COVID-19 infection tracking and tracing played an important part in limiting the spread of the pandemic. The deployment and testing of such apps provide technology advances and insights for the design of future apps for tracking personal emissions.”
Introducing AI into the Decision-Making Process
Remember the creepy Google video The Selfish Ledger (my analysis here) which outlined a dystopian future where decision-making was surrendered to AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the ultimate act of social engineering? That’s also promoted right here:
“Finally, advances in digitalization and AI for sustainable development promise to shrink implementation costs and logistical challenges for PCAs … An ever-increasing number of decision-making tasks are being delegated to software systems, allowing the presentation of targeted personalized information to future users on their emissions patterns. The latest science on AI for learning, including the use of virtual agents, could help refine the type of information that users are shown to manage and reduce their carbon emissions. To the user, all of the above could be packaged in an easy-to-use smartphone app that presents tailored information and advice on personal carbon emissions and facilitates carbon savings.”
Personal Carbon Allowances: Final Thoughts
Some scams and hoaxes need an injection of new variants to keep the official fear narrative alive. We now have ISIS-K (sounds like a cereal) and the dreaded Delta variant and Mu variant. At some point, after all the new variants, vaccines, boosters and whatever else, the NWO controllers may find it is too difficult to keep up the pretense that there’s an imminent threat. They may then pivot to the decades-old concocted climate change threat and push for personal carbon allowances, riding on the back of COVID or other propaganda. The details of the scam du jour may change, but the patterns of manipulation remain the same. We must remember that the war on carbon is a war on life, since we are carbon-based creatures living in a world of carbon-based life. The dodgy or rather non-existent science behind the official COVID narrative is the same non-existent science behind the manmade climate change narrative. Don’t give up your freedom and rights or sell yourself short by confining your behavior to a carbon scheme that purports to save the environment when it does nothing of the sort.

Excellent article. Yes, they successfully built the COVID scam around a non-existent virus. They laid the groundwork for this through many decades of Germ Theory and Virus Theory propaganda. And it pretty much worked, albeit a few websites, journalists, books, and doctors trying to get truth to be heard over mainstream media’s din of lies.
Now we have the global warming, climate change, greenhouse effect deception. They successfully laid the groundwork for this through many decades of astronomy and NASA propaganda selling everyone on a non-existent cosmos.
However, this scam requires more lies. All free energy technologies must remain suppressed for this to work, and that is getting tougher for them. An increasing number of individuals and companies are aware of various approaches to generate free energy.
They must also keep secret all the deliberate geoengineering they’ve been doing, modifying the climate and then blaming it on climate change. (Drought, fires, storms, etc.)
And of course flat earth continues to grow in popularity as the movement grows in its sophistication for pointing out the many flaws in the heliocentric model, as well as the frequent faux pas made by the various “space” agencies.
Lastly, more and more people are waking up. Even as they pile on with their various false flag events (war, terrorists, 9/11, COVID, climate disasters), each deception awakens another segment of the sleeping population.
Due to all that I listed, in my opinion this carbon hoax will be by far their most challenging scam yet. Can their lock on governments, corporations, and the media hold the line against reality and truth?
Yeah, I think when Facebook pull that lever in their Skinner Box by injecting the Flat Earth theory into their algorithm to see how many people will go along with it. I think that was the beginning of the Woke propaganda campaign, they tested to see how many people in the Culture of Narcissism socially engineered by the shadow government will bite on that and a lot of people did.

The CIA just declassified a document called [The Adam and Eve Story] is basically a “research paper” explaining various earth-cycle catastrophes. It is pertinent to “missing time” and “history falsification” theories, and presumes many technologically-advanced ancient civilizations existed before us. It appears to be written by a scientist working for the government deciphering ancient texts then stumbling upon a terrible fact, that every 5-6-thousand years, the strength of the poles wane and begin to change positions, the earth flips poles…north to south, south to north. The “force majeur” or “act of God” clause also helps the illegitimate bands of criminals known as governments to make laws, since laws can only be passed if they are insurable. For example, it is not likely any laws will be passed regarding Covain’t (sorry, I can’t call something fake by its propagandist name), and any laws that have been passed (not sure if there are actual statutes or just a bunch of “mandates” and “orders”), because there’s no way to insure such laws. The reason that politicians and so-called “public health” “experts” are pushing so hard to coerce vaxxing is 1) it will never be legal or lawful to force vaxx, and so 2) they’re trying to mitigate the Control Group which is those of us refusing to take the jab. If there is no Control Group to compare effects, then the pushers can continue building their house of lies. As far as pole shifts, I have read the story of the Aser and Vaner peoples of Finland and nearby Scandinavian countries, who survived three separate pole shifts or Ragnarök cataclysmic events over the last 50,000 years. The first Ragnarök resulted in the Earth’s axis shifting and no longer aligning with the North Star, which the Aser people “tuned in to” for their spiritual logic. The last one manifested not as an Earth event but as the violent wars organized by the Pope in 1050 AD with the intention of annihilating these “heathen” peoples who were not under mind-control of the Catholic Church. With the surface of our Sun being far hotter than the melting point of any Element in existence, just how does anything get collected on it? It will be turned to a vapor long before it gets anywhere near that roiling ball of radioactive fire!! A star is a ball of incandescent gas (Hydrogen) that is fusing into other Elements at the core due to the immense heat caused by the extreme pressure of gravity at the center!
No star is working hard to emit radiation! It’s just a natural phenomena of matter breaking back down into energy, which is a vibration at a very high frequency! A pot of vigorously boiling water has no definable surface to it, and any star is the same way!
Our moon doesn’t have enough mass and gravity to hold an atmosphere, so it would just drift off into space if you were to suddenly put one there. Mars is said to be the same way, not enough gravity to hold a cloud of gasses like Earth is able to. If not for Earth’s magnetic field deflecting the solar wind around us, this would be just another dry, dead rock floating in space.

I like to point out the the US Military is one of the biggest chemical polluters on the planet, and President Biden and AOC will never mention that fact or implement any changes that disrupts US dominance, is also a cause of great suspicion. Why is the Federal Government going after the public sector when they have a much bigger problem in their own backyard with the corporations and US military polluting the environment?

I always felt that the carbon tax is related to the fact that oil is a finite resource on the planet, that the oil resources has already passed the top of the bell curve and is now in a permanent decline. The Pentagon is actively securing the last remaining oil reserves on the planet. The New World Order needs the protection of the most powerful military on the planet and the main source of that dominance, they must have the fuel that powers that military machine for themselves.
The New World Order if anything, are future oriented thinkers.
Another closely related topic that involves oil is that there is a common link between population growth and the escalation of petroleum extraction from the planet, that new mobility caused the public traveling further distances, that “100-mile Rule” started a population boom of babies around the world, and if you look at the graphed curve – the population growth and oil extraction, they’re closely related. That doesn’t fit the New World Order of reducing the population.

Paraffin wax comes from petroleum, as do fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, detergents, phonograph records, photographic film, furniture, packaging materials, surfboards, paints, and artificial fibers used in clothing, upholstery, carpet backing, and medicine.
So, I understand on a deeper level why the governments are using a red herring of carbon tax as to not cause a wide spread panic and mass scale hording if everyone knew the truth, that oil reserves is on a permanent decline.
Also worth noting that before the industrial revolution and the introduction of oil, there were about one billion people on the planet and it took centuries to get to that number, and just between the 1970s to now, it exploded from 4 billion to almost 8 billion people (4 billion more people in just 50 yrs), that is a lot of consuming of oil and oil based products.

After watching “Collapse” I decided to reduce my carbon footprint back in 2009, so for me this new mandate on the books won’t be a total shock to my system and lifestyle. In 2009, I bought an ebike kit for my bicycle and I started using my e-bicycle for most of my daily runs. I also bought a hybrid SUV for my longer commutes, a hybrid vehicle is a great investment because when gas prices goes up, the value of my vehicle increases.
I also highly recommend buying an ebike or ebike kit and a hybrid vehicle very soon, because when using automobiles we are going to get taxed by the mile…I believe those two products are going to jump in higher prices.

I have known about Agenda 2030 since 2016. I was an employee at a large architecture and engineering company, and it was spoken of in some presentation. Of course, they didn’t go into the details. There was probably some kind of talk about “sustainability” and “net-zero.”
The current psychological operation – unlike the non-existent COVID-19 “pandemic” – can’t work for climate change, because people don’t believe that their health is at risk. People are concerned about their own lives, not purportedly preventing a man-made worldwide catastrophe at some undefined point in the future.
This would have been a much better and more informative article, if there was some good, hard usable data in it, like will everyone get the same amount of “Carbon credits” and how are they calculated? Will people have to surrender all other credit cards and use only this one? How will people know what their “Carbon credit limit” is so they don’t come up short on a much needed purchase? For how long will the “Carbon credit” card be frozen? 24 hours? A week? A month? The rest of the year or for a full year? How often will the card be reset to zero? What about people with a high “Carbon credit limit” making purchases for someone who has a low limit or is maxed out? Someone may want to trade some goods or services to another who still has some space left on their card, what will stop them from doing that? With normal credit cards, you have a bill to pay at the end of the month, and you have an interest rate on your balance, how will that work with this card? Or is it all just a PR ploy that is designed to get people in a panic about how they live their life??
As to this totally stupid and ridiculous idea of pumping CO2 into the ground or ocean, how much electricity/energy (Carbon being burned) will it take to sequester any given amount of CO2? Is it going to be in liquid form or just gas when it is sent down into the ground or oceans? Will these CO2 injections cause any harm to other ecosystems? What is going to keep the CO2 in place? Who is going to pay for the equipment, its installation and maintenance and the electricity needed to run it? Is it going to sequester more CO2 than it produces by running that machinery? How is the CO2 going to be removed from our atmosphere? Is there a cheap process that will be able to do that? Who invented it and holds the patent on it? How will the royalties be collected for the patent holder(s)?
Please pardon me for asking such hard biting questions here, I’m sure that they are making some people very uncomfortable to say the least!!
