The question of Jewish identity is important, because it has been seized upon by an inner cult (Sabbatean-Frankism, pushing Zionism) which has exploited Judaism and Jews for its own power-hungry ends. By making Jews into a racial and political unit, rather than a religious community, they have been able to steal Palestine and hide their nefarious activities behind ordinary Jews.
