Actress Rose McGowan has said she was sexually molested by Harvey Weinstein and had her career ruined for resisting his advances towards her. Weinstein was defended by Virginia Giuffre's lawyer, David Boies. Boies has used Black Cube, a retired group of Mossad mercenaries to infiltrate her life in an attempt to get her to say incriminating things about herself. It didn't work but her career was ended. Is this the kind of thing the former girlfriend of Prince Andrew is referring to when she says Boies is a criminal?

According to journalist Michael Tracey, there are portions of Virginia Giuffre's memoir which are a repackaged version of an earlier unpublished memoir she wrote in 2011 which her lawyers conceded was a fictionalized account of her experiences. One purpose of the fictionalized account was to allow her to engage in a kind of trauma therapy.
Tracey further states that her lawyers conceded the earlier manuscript was a fictionalized account in order to avoid defamation lawsuits from the people it defames, and that the ghost writer of the current version just lifted portions from the unpublished fictionalized version and inserted them into the later version which now contains fictions which have been admitted to by Virginia Giuffre and her lawyers. So zero due diligence was done by the ghost writer and the book is being accepted by some as being the absolute truth. How can something be true when it's based on a fiction? Tracey also answers the often asked question by Piers Morgan about why the former prince paid $12 million to Virginia Giuffre.
Another question that comes to mind is how much input did Virginia Giuffre have in this latest version of the 'memoir'? Some, a little or zero?

More emails released on Wednesday show the former Prince Andrew telling Epstein and Maxwell to make it clear that the Daily Mail claims of him having sex with Virginia Guiffre are lies. One email shows Epstein as saying the alleged photo of Andrew with Virginian Guiffre is "total horseshit" and that the Daily Mail paid her for it and the claims she made which they admitted.
