Assange Arrest: Ecuador and UK, Bullied by US, Throw WikiLeaks Founder to the Dogs

Ecuador & the UK have bowed to their US master and facilitated the Assange arrest. Get the background on why the WikiLeaks publisher has been grabbed.

In a disgraceful and disturbing blow to freedom of the press, Australian WikiLeaks founder and publisher Julian Assange has been ejected from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. British police arrested him yesterday (Thursday April 11th, 2019) and took him into custody where he awaits UK charges of skipping bail. However, the Assange arrest is far bigger than skipping bail (although he could get up to 1 year in prison for it). Ecuador and the UK are acting at the behest of the US, who is manipulating and ordering its lackeys to facilitate the extradition of Assange to the US, where he will face more serious charges of conspiracy to hack into a US military/governmental database and obtain info without a proper security clearance and “need to know.”

Assange Arrest: A Very Brief Background

To look at this Assange arrest from a broader perspective, here’s what you need to know. The United Nations formally ruled his detention to be arbitrary and a violation of human rights. They have repeatedly issued statements calling for him to walk free, including very recently. The truth is that the US has been pressuring Ecuador for a while to hand over Assange. Former Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa would never have done so, but the new corrupt Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno cut a deal with the devil to get Ecuador at least $4.2 billion in loans (from the IMF) in exchange for renouncing Assange’s Ecuadorian citizenship and kicking him out of their UK Embassy. As MintPressNews notes:

“Less than two weeks ago, on February 21, Ecuador signed a deal securing the controversial IMF loan for a total of $4.2 billion, in addition to another $6 billion from other U.S.-dominated financial institutions like the World Bank, for a total of $10.2 billion. If WikiLeaks’ early January warning is to be believed, it can be assumed that deal was secured by Ecuador offering the U.S. assurances that it would soon “hand over” Assange.”

Classified Information is Still Public

Classified information is not the same thing as “private.” Classified information is classified by the executive branch of the USG (United State Government). The info is still “public.” Someone who gains access to classified public info and publishes it is not the same as a hacker who gains digital access to someone’s computer and personal passwords, files, emails, etc. The public has a right to know. The public has a right to know if the USG is murdering innocent Iraqi civilians and lying about it, as this famous 2010 video obtained by Chelsea (formerly Bradley) Manning and published Assange shows. Manning was the whistleblower, not Assange, and anyway, whistleblowing is supposed to be a protected act.

As his lawyer states, Assange has been arrested, in short, for telling the truth.

“In an upside-down world, fake news circulates freely and those who reveal the truth are persecuted and imprisoned.”

– Christina Kirchner, former Argentinian President

USG Indictment Trying to Criminalize Aspects and the Very Nature of Journalism

What is truly chilling about this effort by the USG to get Assange is that they are trying to claim a legal precedent which would criminalize journalists from trying to obtain classified information. The exact indictment is here. They are trying to make Assange more than just a publisher. The Watergate journalists who obtained and published classified information were hailed as heroes. The US Bill of Rights’ 1st amendment specifically names the press – journalists, reporters, publishers, etc. – as a protected class: “no law shall be made that abridges or restricts freedom of the press.” It is the nature of the profession of the press to actively pursue information to publish. The wording of this indictment may set a precedent that could make it illegal to:

– hide journalistic sources:

– encourage sources to hack into systems or steal information that you as a journalist want to publish; and

– transmit classified documents via encrypted channels and cloud-like systems.

What Assange is Really Guilty Of

WikiLeaks receive leaks and publish them. Numerous newspapers do this. The big difference is the pristine record of WikiLeaks. They have an incredible 100% reliability track record in stark comparison with the fake news MSM which has been caught lying over and over again. Are we about to witness a man getting punished by telling (and proving to) the whole word uncomfortable truths, such as that the US military kills innocent Iraqis and that the CIA conducts massive spying and assassinations around the world? This is a clear case of shooting the messenger.

Assange is Not American and Neither is WikiLeaks

Another important point here. Julian Assange is not American and Wikileaks is a foreign-based news organization. How can the US possible have legal jurisdiction over someone who is not in the USA, is not a US citizen or resident, and whose organization is not based in the US? Are we about to witness a precedent where the tyrannical USG can control its vassal states to the point where it can manipulate or order them to assist in the criminalization of publication and free speech?

Trump is a Super Hypocrite over Assange Arrest and WikiLeaks

Trump was all glad and happy with WikiLeaks when they were exposing Hillary Clinton, not because Trump cares about freedom of the press, but because it was politically convenient for him that dirt was being released on his presidential opponent. Some of the info even helped get him elected. Now he resides over an administration which is punishing and prosecuting truthtellers. The stench of hypocrisy is shocking. Even the DOJ of Obama, for all his faults, didn’t try prosecuting Assange.

Will WikiLeaks Now Release More Damaging Info as Hinted in the Past?

In the past, Assange has said that if he were to be arrested or killed, WikiLeaks has a “poison pill” of more information that they would release. At one point his then lawyer Mark Stephens stated that WikiLeaks was holding further secret material which he dubbed a “thermo-nuclear device.” Will Assange give the order for WikiLeaks to release it? Time will tell as the Assange arrest story unfolds.

Very sad, isn’t it, Makia?

Truth telling is a dangerous job! My mentor, Bab Roberts, who published “The American Sunbeam” for some 14 years or so was sprayed with poison from black, unmarked helicopters while out burning trash at his rural Ozark home. “The American Sunbeam” ran the editorials of Delamer Duverus and those in power didn’t like the truths he was telling.

Don Harkins published “The Idaho Observer” a monthly newspaper publishing the truth about those trying to destroy America, and for his efforts he was irradiated by some device which gave him cancer. There was a burn path of foliage to the window where he sat at his desk every day.

Just look at all the natural healers who have been killed or “suicided” because they were curing cancer naturally.

Traitors all who kill the truth tellers and the healers, which is what truth tellers are!

Ecuador, UK and the US ARE the dogs. This is being spearheaded by the globalists through their democrat useful idiots who don’t want Wikileaks to expose their seditious behavior they will be exhibiting during the 2020 election! If it did, they’d all be guilty of TREASON.

Thanks Makia for the corruption evidence against the USG’s bribing Ecuador to betray brave Julian Assange whose data is a great service to civil society with a noble track record in exposing state criminals, like the US war lords. It is they who should be extradited – to the International Criminal Court. But tellingly, as criminals they refuse to recognize the ICC. JA deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for exposing US military hooligans, potentially saving lives in Iraq and other targeted nations. He put no army lives at risk any more than they were at risk by invading a foreign country that had not attacked the USA.

All of President Trump’s tweets and comments on FAKE news, railing against lying msm and you insist he doesn’t care about freedom of the press??? REALLY??
I’ve read you for years but lately you seem to be twisting events and blaming our president for alot of things he isn’t responsible for. I’ve watched him 1970s and I”ve watched the lying msm – I dont think Freedom Articles has a clue about who President Trump really is and how he operates – and by being clueless, you are missing the most enormous story of the century.

Makia Freeman April 13, 2019 - 12:49 am

Looking at Trump’s actions, it’s not standing for the principle of freedom of speech or freedom of the press to only attack the MSM when it’s against you. That’s just political self-interest. Trump is being a real coward on this issue and not even owning that he and his admin are the ones pursuing Assange, to the point of manipulating Ecuador with IMF loans of $4+ billion!

Trump now claims he “knows nothing about WikiLeaks”! Sorry my BS meter just exploded.

My question is who really ordered the arrest of Assange. Did Hillary get her nose in this at all?? For me — if he has any more info on hillary she will want him dead. The list of dead people surrounding and knowing her crimes is long. And it so amazing alot was suicide.— really. Like that cook that didn’t trust her.–please.!!

John Scott April 13, 2019 - 11:25 am

Contrary to appearances, this is really good news!
It throws into the limelight once again the whole question of ‘the freedom of the Press’, which is implicitly linked to liberty of thought and expression for everybody, just when it is becoming increasingly threatened throughout the world.
It is doubly timely because we are invited today to review our hitherto dualistic and traditionally reactive response to any different expressions of opinions, ideas, beliefs.
It is time for us to increase our awareness, to accept that we are all unique expressions of a whole variety of experiences, views, opinions etc, all of which are thoroughly correct when viewed from the respective ‘point of view’. We all consider ourself to be ‘right’, and our sense of value and worth becomes understandably threatened when we are confronted with ‘differences’ that do not conform to our particular world-view.
Julian Assange, Donald Trump, Makia, and all of the commentators above, are right…from their respective point of view. Energetically, decrying different opinions (etc) by ranting and raging in face of supposed ‘opposition’ only serves to reinforce the very object of y/our dissension. Only by accepting the existence of differing points of view, while focussing our time and energy upon creatively supporting the pursuit of our preferences, shall we enable the release of our inherent powers to become manifest, in the best interests of all.

John Scott April 13, 2019 - 1:04 pm

This is excellent news!
The arrest of Assange once again throws into the limelight the whole question of the freedom of speech, the dissemination of information and the abuse of individual expression. But ranting and raving ‘against’ opposing factions and points of view serves only to perpetuate the centuries-long duality-reality in which vested interests have succeeded in dividing to control.
Each individual human being is unique. No two human’s hold exactly the same point of view, which are respectively coloured by each indivi_dual’s specific configuration, influenced as they are by their respective familial, social, religious, political, and cultural norms. Regardless of the subject in question, each individual’s point of view point of view is perfectly correct…from their point of view. Which inevitably means that consensus can never be achieved by dogmatically excluding any and every difference, whose manifestation impacts our sense of security and, in passing, threatens our own sense of worth.
If we are going to succeed in surpassing centuries of interminable strife, war-far, dissension, exploitation, misery, and so on, we are going to have to come to accept these ‘difference’ points of view for what they are, without continuing to fall into the trap of feeding them by investing our time and energy by focussing upon them. We don’t devote the latter on violently objecting to garlic in all of its expressions if it does not suit our own particular preferences. The same applies to any subject, viewpoint or opinion.
Instead, we are invited to devote our energy to pursuing our interests and our particular beliefs while accepting that, logically, not all of humanity will share our point of view. If globally we can assume that we all seek peace, a sense of value, happiness and abundance for every individual on Earth, we can also grow to appreciate that these common aims are likely to assume many different forms of expression.

Julian Assange is an Australian citizen if I am not mistaken.
Could the Australian government be doing more?
Federal election called for on 18th May 2019 …and little to nothing in the lead up to the election on saving their citizen Julian Assange ???

Makia Freeman April 15, 2019 - 8:43 pm

The Australian Government could be doing PLENTY more, but the Australian politicians are cowards and acting out of fear to not upset the US.

Ron Marr April 14, 2019 - 5:46 pm

The Hybrids of Israel control the American Government as they controlled Hitler…it is not the Jews…there are so many wonderful Jewish people that only seek truth like you…Raul Hilberg, Dr Norman Finklestein…to name only a few. If we seek our experience in a fake reality…then…we will have many different points of view regarding the truth…if we are living by the ‘law of one’ we would not participate in being something…we would only be consciousness and like white blood cells seeking an infection, we would secure our peace at all cost.

You all have been HOODWINKED!!!

Assange is a Rothschild-Israeli Operative

(Assange gives Masonic sign of recognition while in custody of cop with Masonic checkered headband )

We all tend to be too eager for a ‘hero’ against the establishment, so we don’t recognize that sometimes, a fake ‘hero’ is supplied by the CIA’s own favoured media outlets.

And indeed, there is evidence that anti-9-11-truth Assange, is a Mossad – CIA fraud, with a long history tied to the world’s wealthiest family, the Israel-devoted Rothschilds. We need to see what every major government knows, there is nothing real about either Julian Assange or Edward Snowden.

The ‘Assange living in the Ecuador embassy for 7 years’ story, is apparently a fairy tale, an easy hoax to pull off, with Assange only there for photos and meetings. The IMF – USA cash & trade deal for Ecuador, not only rewards the staging the ‘arrest’ of Assange, but also the cover-up of the fact he was never really living there.

Assange was easily moved in & out to Rothschild friends’ homes, using wig, fake glasses & moustache, workman’s uniforms etc; London police on 24 / 7 watch, helping under national security orders; Ecuador embassy staff perhaps bribed, and facing career destruction or worse, plus no media support, if they say anything.

Note the very friendly, mutual-praise relationship between Julian Assange and Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu,

Why was Assange ‘arrested’ now? The ‘seven years living in a tiny room in the London Ecuador Embassy’ story, was obviously getting long in the tooth, harder to believe the longer it continued. Assange and Snowden are creations of the Obama CIA, and shortly after Trump took office, moves were made toward winding down the Assange hoax, with Sweden even dropping their dodgy ‘rape charges’ against Assange in early 2017. The timing at the moment was chosen to distract from the British Brexit debacle, now tearing apart British society with the betrayal of 17 million UK Brexit voters.

But in order to really control media, one needs to control the ‘opposition’ media as well, and to channel the energies of potential dissidents. During the Obama era, it was decided to give the world two fake ‘dissident heroes’, pumped by Rothschild and CIA partner media, who would deceive the entire world. These two fake dissidents, Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, perhaps exceeded expectations in how they duped the public, despite their obvious Rothschild and CIA-establishment connections, and despite obvious trouble signs such as indulging Israel and aggressively opposing 9-11 truth.

The goat rodeo we’re seeing in US Congress, with AG Barr being held in contempt for refusing to break the law, with the calls for Trump’s impeachment and the Mueller Investigation, itself – all have been distractions being thrown up by Deep Staters to divert attention away from the many crimes of the corrupt establishment, not the least of which is Stasi-like secret surveillance system called “The Hammer” that spied on millions of Americans, including Donald Trump.

“The Hammer” was created by CIA/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery for the Obama Administration’s CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper. James Comey was aware of this since at least August 19, 2015, when Montgomery gave 47 hard drives alleged to contain over 600 million pages of documentation to his office.

As Sean Kerrigan from the SGTReport says here, “When Dave Janda reported about it with General [Tom] McInerney on March 19th, 2017, including the fact that John Brennan and James Clapper were deeply involved with Barack Obama in operating The Hammer, as a means of leverage and blackmail, the Deep State panicked in their effort to prevent attention to the story about The Hammer.

“James Comey went public on March 20th, the very next day, to tell the American people that the FBI was conducting an investigation between the Kremlin and the Trump campaign in a counterintelligence probe that could reach all the way to the White House and could last for months: The birth of the Big Lie, the phony story, the shiny thing to divert attention away from The Hammer.”

Comey perjured himself on March 20, 2017, when he announced before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that the FBI Counterintelligence Division had “no information” to support Trump’s tweet claiming that President Obama had “wiretapped” him. Dave Janda says, “Right then and there, he goes to prison.”
Montgomery’s 600 million pages of documents show that for more than four years before the 2016 election, four contractors working for the Obama Administration’s FBI illegally surveilled American citizens. Moreover, the FISA court has now been made aware of this and has communicated their findings to the Justice Department.

As former FISA court counsel Joe diGenova said of this, “There are going to be indictments. There’s going to be grand juries. John Brennan isn’t going to need one lawyer. He’s going to need five.”
